1. Introduction

Privacy Policy describes how we treats data when you use our service. It is very important that you know how we collect, share and use that information and how you can protect your privacy.

2. The information collected

1.1  Registration

When you create a KeyPM account, you provide some personal information, such as your name, username, email address and password. In registration form you may provide additional information, such as company, possition, number of employees in the company. Additional information we collect about you may be combined to help us provide better and more convenient service.


1.2  Profile information

If you are a registered user of our services, we provide you with account settings to access the personal information you provided to us. You may provide us with profile information, such as picture or experience. You can create profiles of other people. KeyPM is not responsible for the information posted by users.


1.3  Cookies


What is a cookie

Cookies are small pieces of information that are saved and stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone while you are viewing a websites. Cookies usually don't contain much information except for the name of the website that created the cookie, the duration of the cookie's abilities and effects, and a random number to identify your browser.

In connection to rendering the content of its website available, uses the so-called cookies, i.e. information saved by servers on the user’s end device, which may be read by the servers each time a connection is established by the device; may also use other technologies with functions similar to or identical with cookies. Within this document, all information pertaining to cookies also applies to other similar technologies used by our websites. Cookies constitute IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end-device of the user. 4. In a number of cases, internet browsers permits the user’s end-device to store cookies by default. The user may change cookies settings at any time. Such settings may be changed, in particular in such a way as to block the automatic service of cookies in the internet browser’s settings, or to notify of any inclusion of cookies on the user’s end-device. Detailed information on the capacity and methods of service of cookies is available in the internet browser’s settings. Failing to change cookies settings means cookies will be placed in the user’s end device, thus enabling us to store information on the user’s end device and gain access to such information.

Rejecting cookies, however, does not impede the user’s capacity with regard to reading or viewing the contents included at, subject to those requiring a prior log in.

1.4  Log files, IP addresses and information about your computer and mobile device


Due to communications standards on the internet, we use information contained in the logfiles (eg. IP address) to manage our servers. This information are used to collect general, statistic data. We also receive the internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer, your computer or proxy server, operating system and type of web browser you are using, your mobile device and mobile operating system (if you are accessing our websites using a mobile device).


1.5  Content posted by users

We are not responsible for content posted by users. Chat messages and e-mail sent to other users are visible only to those users.


1.6  Other

KeyPM is a dynamic and innovative platform for project management. This is the reason that we continuously want to improve our services. We often present new features and some of them will require the collection of new information.

3. Data processing

By creating or updating an account, you accept the terms and conditions of the User Agreement KeyPM and agree to the collection and processing of your personal data. You understand and agree that processing your data is voluntary and you may withdraw this consent at any time by changing settings, changing your profile or by closing your account.

We may communicate with you by e-mail address, your inbox system, SMS massages.We may send you information about basic functions of the system after your registration and other information connected with your own settings.

KeyPM may send e-mails containing commercial information (advertising content in particular). Advertisements and other commercial information content may be enclosedto incoming and outgoing system account messages.

Personal data of the users are stored in a database and safeguarded by technical means and policies and procedures ensuring personal data protection in accordance with the rules stipulated in the legal acts related to personal data protection, including the Ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 establishing basic technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and information systems used for personal data processing (Dz.U. No 100, item 1024) and the guidelines of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.

4. Statement of Rights and Responsibilities

You have right to:

  • access, modification or deletion of personal information
  • changes and  remove added content
  • closing your account

For matters relating to your account you may contact us for any reason. If you close your account, your information will be removed from the system within 24 hours. We remove information that identifies registers or other additional information within 30 days of closure of the account. However, we may store your personal information for a specified period of time if required by the law or principles of service KeyPM. Customer service can store information as long as necessary.

You have the following obligations:

  • You should comply with the terms and conditions of the current Privacy Policy and Terms of use. This applies to all intellectual property rights that may be held by third parties, such as trademarks and copyrights.
  • It is forbidden to download or distribute any of the information, which are considered harmful, aggressive, offensive, racist or xenophobic.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password, do not share them with others.

Any violation of these guidelines or those detailed in our Terms of Use or elsewhere may lead to the restriction, suspension, or termination of your account at the sole discretion of KeyPM.

5. Changing our  Privacy Policy

We may revise our Privacy Policy from time to time . If we decide to make material changes, we will notify you by sending a notice to the email address that you have provided in connection with your account, application to allow you periodically check the Website for such notices. If you do not accept the changes, you can close your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
